She thought about what he said. "It'll take a while to forgive what you did. I respect that you were honest, but the fact you did it was...just, it's ok." She told him, hugging him.

"Guess I'll make to move then." he thought. He got up and started to move over to her. He lay down next to her and grabbed her around the waist. He started to kiss her. When he stopped he looked her in the eye. "Do you really want to know why I couldn't face you and had to lie to you?" he asked.

He bit down his lip. "After what happened to you fifth year I realized I loved you." he started. "Then when you were almost killed sixth year when I was helping Dumbledore and returning to the school with the Dark Mark over it I thought they had killed you. After I found you injured but still alive I thought it was my fault, and it was. It really was."

She closed her eyes as she felt tears come again. "It's not your fault I almost died...it's you fault that I lived and that's a good thing." She whispered.

"Don't tell yourself that. Think positive. Think of me, think of the future. Moving out of the Dursleys, us living together, visiting friends and family for the holidays." She went on, trying to comfort him and get his mind off of death.
