Harry walked after her and found her leaning up against the side of the Astronomy Tower. "Hermione, it's ok." Harry said.

She leaned forward, looking at the rocks down below. She looked over at Harry and back down at the rocks, leaning further in.

She shook her head, still leaning in. "No....no....can't do this anymore..." She muttered, staring at the rocks and lake below as if it was her favorite ice cream.

Harry walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her and hugged her. "Don't jump." Harry said.

She still looked longingly at the rocks. "What happened to me? One minute I'm happy with you...the next I'm drinking myself dead and standing at the end of a tower..." She cried.

"They wouldn't make me suicidal in an instant like that. I just want this to go away. I want everything to be ok.." She cried even more but didn't budge from her spot.

"Here." Harry said. "Let me help you." He picked Hermione up and moved her into the middle of the tower.

She cried as hard as she did when her dad died. She held onto him with a tight grip and cried as much as she could.

He pulled her into a hug as she cried into his shoulder. Whatever was wrong with her Harry was determined to help her with.

She cried for a while before it was dry sobs. She had cried her eyes dry. She rocked back and forth in Harry's arms.
