"What was I supposed to respond? I have no idea what to say." he thought. He hopped out the window and landed on the ground. He thought where to go. He went through the Leaky Cauldron out back to where he entered Diagon Alley. He disappeared and spent some time alone without anyone seeing him. He just blended in with the crowds.

Hermione lay in her bed, still scared to go to sleep. She finally gave up and snuck out to explore Diagon Alley. She decided she would be the first early customer in Florean Fortesque's. She ordered a banana split and sat at the table, eating the ice cream and watching the crowds.

"Where to go?" Harry thought. He passed Florean Fortesque's and saw a girl inside eating some ice cream. "Better not go there." he thought. He headed off into the winding streets not knowing where to go.

She saw a scar flash by outside the window. She frowned. Uh, I can't stop thinking about him. Now I'm hallucinating, she thought. She sucked on the banana to make it softer.

He stopped into Weasley's Wizard Wheezes only to leave in a matter of minutes. He was going in and out of shops everywhere.

She bit the banana and looked sadly out into the dark. "Why does it have to be one more month till I see him?" She sighed.

"That's it! I'm going to find out where she is and see her!" Harry thought. He started back to the Leaky Cauldron but remembered seeing a girl in Florean Fortesque's and went back to there. He started back slowly and pushed open the door. It was her. It looked as if she was going to cry. He sat down a few tables away looking out the window pretending that he didn't notice her.

She looked down and depressedly pushed her ice cream around the bowl. She heard the door open and looked up. Once the guy turned around and sat down, she swore she died right there. It was Harry. She picked up her ice cream and walked over. "Harry?" She asked.

Harry not knowing what to do got up and ran out the door into the streets and disappeared from sight. "Why did you do that Harry?" he thought.
