Draco entered his home tentitively, signalling to Potter to hide under his invisibility cloak,
"Father?" he called, his voice trying not to waver, "I had to go to Diagon ally, but i'm back now, where are you?" He looked down at his bag of books he had bought from Florish and Blotts to make his alibi seem plausible.
"Come in here Draco," He heard his father drawl from one of the sitting rooms. Nervously, he entered, knowing what he would see.

Hermione was laying on a bed, curled up in a ball the same way Draco was when he was beat. Her clothes hid the bruises but just by the look of her you knew they were there. The belt lay on the table by her and she was shaking in pain. She looked up sadly at Draco.

"What is she doing here father?" Draco said, trying to sound casual, "she's ruining those sheets." Lucius smirked,
"You seemed quite willing to let her soil your own sheets, when I found her....in your bed." Draco inhaled sharply,
"Yes, i fucked her and threw her away, i assumed you would be proud," he said offhandedly. Lucius moved towards her and sat down on the bed, very close to Hermione, and began to stroke her hair,
"Then you will be quite happy to let me keep her in the dungeon then?" he asked his son. Draco blanched, that was the last place he wanted her. He looked up at his father, and suspected that he had deatheaters hidden throughout the house. He had to be very, very careful,
"What's the point? She's just a mudblood. Why not find a goodlooking pureblood to lock up?"

She whimpered at Lucius's touch, afraid that he would hurt her again. She couldn't move. Now she knew what Draco felt like. She heard the conversation and whimpered again as she heard about the dungeon.

" Becuase she is your weakness." Jussi said annoyied from the shadows." He knows all about your love for her. It's far more advanced then a simple toss away." Jussi said arrogantly standing up." Can I kill either of them?" He asked Lucius excitedly.

"No," Lucius said sternly, his eyes on his son, "my son will. I'm sure he doesn't love the girl.....do you?" Draco looked at Hermione. He was unsure of when he would "pull Potter out of the bag". The sight of Jussi made him roll his eyes, and feel more confident,
"I should have known that you would be here, always sucking up to my father aren't you," he sneered, "Always desperate to be a Malfoy, but never will be." Lucius said nothing, but smirked at his son's comment.

Jussi easily shook the words off." Draco, say what you want, I will kill you the second your Father realizes that you love this filthy Mudblood." He said his eyes burning as he looked at her." Can I atleast torture her?" He asked pulling his wand out looking at her evilly.

Lucius cocked an eyebrow,
"Yes, i'm sure we can extend you that pleasure," he said, stepping back from the girl. Draco reached silently for his wand, and a hand signal behind his back told an hidden Harry to do the same, but not to show himself.

An evil smile erupted across Jussi's face. HE aimed his wand at her." Crucio." He said clearly filling the words with hate to make the curse even more powerful. Jussi laughed as he watched the green light shoot at Hermoine's body.

"Father this is insane!" Draco yelled, breaking Jussi's concentration and ending the spell, "What is he even doing here?" Lucius smirked,
"Jussi is simply here for company," he said with a sneer, "we clearly have more in common than you and I, if you have been looking at this piece of filth," he slapped hermione's leg, "with anything more than disgust."
"What have you done to her father...?" he asked, terrified of what it could be.

Jussi looked at Draco angered he had destroyed his concentration." See Lucius, I told you he loved her." Jussi said looking at Draco waiting for him to do something Jussi could call an attack as an excuse to kill him.

"Surely you wouldn't care?" he said with a sneer, "What if i did fuck her Draco? She's just a mudblood." Draco shuddered,
"Father, don't be insane, she's Potter's best friend and lover, let me just take her away and we won't get screwed by the ministry!"
