She stopped laughing and nodded. She grabbed Harry's sleeve behind her and stood in front of him the way she did in the Shrieking Shack in 3rd year.

Something warm spread thought Harry's body as his arm was wrapped around Hermione. He felt stronger.

She felt a little safer as his arm wrapped around her. She looked at all the Death Eaters. One was beating the hell out of Ron. She whimpered and looked away.

Harry sent a spell flying at the Death Eater and knocked it over the side of the tower. Harry kissed Hermione slightly on the cheek. His arms still wrapped around her he awaited Voldemort's move.

Voldemort got up and raised his arm then all of a sudden the sky went black and 5 Dementors were in the Sky Voldemort then says Non-Verbaly "Accio Wand" He then points his wand at Hermione and yells "Exspeliarms"

"Accio wand!" Harry yells quickly. As the wand soars back he hands it to Hermione. Noticing the dementors Harry thinks of something. He raised his wand to the sky. "EXPECT PATRONUM!" A silver stag emerged from the wand and chased away the dementors.
"Think your so tough now Tom?" Harry asked with a smirk on his face.

She grabbed her wand back and pointed it at Voldemort. "Impedimenta!!" She yelled, making a slashing movement across his chest with the wand.

Voldemort dives out of the way he then calls for his four most loyal Death Eaters then Voldemort runs out of the The Hogwarts Front Gates and appartes far away from Hogwarts

The four Death Eaters stood still looking at them. Harry raised his wand and they fled not wanting to end up like that one lucky Death Eater that fell of the tower.
