Lavender waited in the cemetary for Harry. God she hoped he'd show up soon. The place scared the shit out of her.

Harry ran in looking for her. "Lavender?" he called. "Lavender?" His eyes darted looking for her. Suddenly he saw someone standing far off in the distance. He ran towards the person.

She heard her name being called from far away. She ran in the direction of her name being called cradling Sarah. "God I hope it's Harry," she thought.

As he ran closer and closer to the person he sensed something was amiss. "Petrificus totalus," a voice hissed. Harry stopped dead in his tracks and fell over petrified. A death eater stood over him laughing.

She saw a body drop then a hooded man standing over the person. The person was cackling evily as if he had trapped or killed someone. "Oh shit," she thought. "Please god don't be a death eater.'' Sure enough when she got there it was. "No!" she cried. She found Harry lying petrified on the ground. "You bastard!"

The death eater laughed at the stupidity of the girl. "Oh great," he said. "Now I have two stupid kids to kill." He grinned evily and raised his wand. "I hope your baby likes being an orphan."

The death eater lunged his wand at Lavender and yelled, "Avada Kedavra!" Just before he got the spell off Lavender un-petrified Harry. "Run," she whimpered. "Run Harry."

He watched as the death eater killed Lavender. "NO!" he yelled. "NO!" He got up and punched the death eater square in the jaw.

Lavender and Sarah layed dead on the ground. The death eater apperated as he saw Harry was going to take his advantage and possibly kill him.

Harry knelt over Lavender's body. He felt her chest, no beat. he then picked up Sarah, same story. They were dead. He collapsed crying. "Why?" he sobbed. "Why? Why god? Why?"
