Draco narrowed his eyes and pulled himself free of Potter, quietly drawing his wnd and jabbing it into Potter's side,
"Stop, now, or i crucio the girl," he smirked, looking over potter's shoulder to Hermione, who was oblivious to his drawn wand.

"I won't do anything," Harry said. Walked away and next to Hermione. "But they will." He pointed to a "few", well, more like the whole Order standing behind Malfoy.

"Really?" he said casually, "shall we test your theory?" Before she could react, he had thrown the Crucio at her, hitting her square in the stomach, "nope, clearly you didn't think that through," he smirked at her convulsing body.
As he threw the curse, he heard Potter speak. Looking up, he saw the order members.
"Shit," he said, without being able to stop himself. He glared at Potter angrily, before apparating from the spot with a pop, not bothering to end the curse.

She screamed in pain as she fell to the floor, shaking and writhing. "You..f*cking...prick.." She muttered inbetween screams.

Moody, Lupin, and Kingsley came running over. Moody muttered something that sounded like a reverse to the curse and they waited a few seconds.

She stopped and just layed there, breathing heavily and still curled up in a ball. "Where is he? Where is he? I WANT HIM!" She yelled.

"Oh good god." Harry said. "I think she's taken something." He turned back to Hermione and held onto her around the waist and smiled at her. "What do you want to do to him?"

"Hermione, I hate to do this but," Harry said. "Petrificus Totalus.'' Hermione went riged. The only thing still moving were her eyes. he caught her and picked her up. "We're gonna need to do somethings Professor Moody. You have something to reverse the love potion she took right?" Moody nodded.

(OOC: Was a love potion AND an Imperius so it isn't reversible.)
She did a nonverbal spell and she was cured. "I need him." She walked toward the door.
