She did as she was told. She did a nonverbal spell and the Petrificus Totalus was lifted. She sat down on the floor by Draco and helped him up.

"See you later Scarhead," he smirked, before apparating, Hermione in his arms.

"Well thanks for the help." Harry said. He was talking to the Order. They were standing there the whole time not doing a thing. Harry apperated and soon the Order did as he did apperating to who the hell knows where.
