"He's doing it." Harry thought. "I have to get rid of him to wake her up. Just can't use an unforgivable." Harry was seething with anger. "You are going to pay for what you did to her Snape!'' he yelled. He cast a spell and soon Snape was withering away. He turned into dust. Harry did not use Avada Kedavra for it would only make him just as bad as him. It felt as if a huge shackle had been lifted and he was free from him. He ran over to Hermione and tried to get her to regain consciousness.

"Love is the most powerful kind of magic Harry." the spirit of Dumbledore said. Harry bent over her body. He picked her up. He put one of his hands on her hip and the other on her ass. "Please Hermione. Don't die on me. I love you." Harry said. He started to kiss her like there was no tomorrow and she would never live again. That could happen but Harry wouldn't let it happen.

She opened her eyes and gasped like Trelawney did in 3rd year. "Hahahaha. You cannot stop me Harry. I am at full power and invincible!! I will come and I will get your Mudblood, and you're next!"She and Voldemort both said through her voice in a raspy, cold voice.

"SHOW YOURSELF YOU COWARD!" Harry yelled. His voice rang out everywhere around the castle. "YOU FY*KING BASTARD SHOW YOURSELF! IF YOU WERE SO POWERFUL WHY ARE YOU SO AFRAID OF ME? OR ARE YOU JUST A WASHED UP LOOSER HAS BEEN?"
Voldemort walked in coldly. "You really think you can beat me?" the same cold raspy voice asked.
"I have and I will." Harry said. "Tom."
"DO NOT CALL ME THAT!" he hissed.
"Tom." he retorted.
"What did I just say?" he hissed.
"Tom." Harry replied. Harry started to laugh. "What kind of name is Tom?"
"You will not come out of this alive." Voldemort replied.
A warm breeze flew through the castle. "Yes he will." replied a voice. Dubledore's spirit had returned once again. Fawkes screeched down and pecked at Voldemorts eye. Harry's face was full of disgust. It had fallen out. Fawkes quickly flew down and snatched it off the floor.
"Locomotor Mortis!" Harry yelled. Voldemorts legs bound together. "Expelliarmus!" Voldemorts wand dropped to the floor. "Call it off unless you want to go through extreme pain Voldemort."

She lay there, now unpossessed and limp. Think Hermione...of course!!! Telepathy!!, she thought. She thought of only Harry. Harry, can you hear me? Listen, it doesn't look like I'll make it out alive. I love you so much...please tell my mum what happened. She thought, sending it to Harry.

He heard the message. He used the same method as her. "No Hermione. You will make it out alive. I'm sure of it. Just tell me what to do and I'll do it. I will not let you die."
"You bring her back to life now!" Harry yelled.
"Why should I?" the cold voice asked.
"Because I know your secrets." Harry said. "I know you're a half-blood. I know you're the heir of Slytherin. I know a lot of things you didn't think I did."

She gasped for air. She coughed and gasped for a couple seconds. She looked at Harry with tears in her eyes. She smiled in relief and hugged him.

He focused on her. he started to use telepathy again. "Was I right or was I right?" he thought. He smiled a bit.
"But onto the thing that truly matters." Harry said. "The deal." He looked at Voldemort. "The deal is... Petrificus Totalus!" He was done. Voldemort couldn't hurt him. The deal was a trick. The Death Eater situation was taken care of. Harry sent his patronus through the air signaling it was over and they had him.
