Hermione and Harry appeared back at her house, holding safely onto Draco. "There's plenty of room and privacy so it's like living in your manor..." She muttered. She smiled at Jesse and her mum. "Jesse, mum, this is Draco. He needs to stay with us. Harry's staying, Draco's staying, and Ron needs a place till the Burrow is fixed. I'll make sure they're taken care of." She assured them before going down to an empty bedroom. "Here, complete with your own master bathroom and everything. My room is two doors down in case you need anything. Harry's is across from mine." She smiled.

Draco nodded, but said nothing, instead choosing to look at her shyly, a look he had never adopted before,
"you..." he said quietly, "thank you."

She smiled warmly and nodded. "Your welcome. And no one is allowed to come here, so no one will look for you here. You can stay here until we get you settled. I'll work with the Ministry and convince them that you are...good." She said.

"Stop it!! We're helping you. Besides, if I reason with the Ministry you won't be hunted anymore. Anyway, I think dinner is ready." She added, smelling her mum's pasta. "Just act...like you aren't a murderer." She warned, looking over at her mum and Jesse getting the table ready. "Unless you want to eat in your room."

Draco couldn't help but laugh at her murderer comments, though he wasn't sure if it was a joke. He hadn't laughed in a long time, and let the laughter consume him, before saying,
"I won't announce it at the table," he said with a grin, but his grin hardened, "I've never eaten with....muggles...What do they do?"

"I appriciate that you would talk," he said arrogantly, "I meant food, where do your houseelves live?" Draco clearly knew nothing about muggle ettiquete.

"House elves don't count," he said with a raised eyebrow, "People only say the enjoy work, they don't actually want to do it." He spoke as though he knew what he was talking about, "Unless Muggles are different in that way." He smirked, "as for cooking, i tried that once, its too hard," he said airly, "but i tried something that is meant to be rather hard."

She laughed. "I never pegged you for a cooking type." She grinned. "Anyway...like I said, some people enjoy work." She purred, looking down south of him to tell him what she meant.
